Elmira's Hill Top Inn and Southern Tier Irish band Kilrush to be featured Friday on WSKG

This Friday night, you don't need to leave the comfort of your couch to feel like you're at a St. Patty's Day celebration. Historic Southern Tier eatery and traditional Irish hot spot Hill Top Inn, located on Jerusalem Hill Road in Elmira, will be featured, along with legendary area Irish rock band Kilrush, on WSKG Public Radio's Expressions On the Road, premiering at 8:30 p.m. Friday, March 22.

The show will explore the rich history of Hill Top Inn, established in 1933. A raucous live music performance from Kilrush, an Irish rock band that's been performing throughout the region and beyond since 2001, was also recorded when the show visited back in September 2023, and is featured in this episode.
